[TensorFlow / 텐서플로우] Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement tensorflow

텐서플로우 공식 홈페이지에 의하면,

텐서플로우는 파이썬 64비트 3.5 또는 3.6 버전에서 동작한다고 되어 있습니다.

(현재 파이썬 최신 버전이 3.7이라서 한 번 쯤 확인해보고 싶지만, 그러지 않았습니다.)

cmd에서 'pip3 install --upgrade tensorflow'를 입력하면

Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement tensorflow 라는 메시지를 볼 수도 있는데,

거짓말 같지만, 파이썬 삭제 후 재설치 하면 해결됩니다.
